Role PurposeResponsible for Revenue Targets set for Business Development (BD), Profitability, Controlling, and Reporting, along with continuously building the “Insights” Brand in the Market.
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key AccountabilitiesKey Activities
·       Responsible for clearance of receivables pertaining to won clients.

·       Regularly share daily, weekly and monthly reports related to Regional activities containing target achieved, mature business deals, new leads, high-value prospects.

·       Achieve Weekly/Monthly targets of Calls & Social Media Posts, along with other BD Activities and Meetings with clients.

·       Develop a good understanding of the Business, Region, and offered services.

·       Identify C-level decision makers at targeted clients and approach them as per Business Plan.

·       Identify the targeted segment for Insights services and evaluate them as per their expected potential.

·       Identification of business opportunities by searching relevant industries, market databases & other sources of information and locating business deals from potential client.

·       Developing a complete understanding of Clients’ needs regarding a variety of financial services.

·       Continually develop the “Insights” brand and increase awareness in the marketplace.

·       Calling a Database of Prospective Clients to Pitch in our services.

·       Digital Marketing Activities on Linkedin and Instagram to promote our visibility and approach Prospective Clients.

·       Direct Approach to Prospective clients through own Professional Network.

·       Self Motivated and Enthusiastic Individual.

·       Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.

·       Ability to understand client reactions and to build connection with them.

·       Fluent in English (Must) and Arabic (Preferred).

Education / CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, sales, or relevant field. MBA is preferable.
ExperienceAt least two years’ previous work experience in UAE with a similar work profile.
PackageMarket Competitive with Base Salary starting at 5,000 AED/month + Incentives.
