| Role Purpose | We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager Finance to join our dynamic team. The Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including regulatory reporting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial services, particularly within asset management, and possess solid experience of working with financial regulations of UAE. |
| KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES | |
| Key Accountabilities | Key Activities |
| 1. Financial Operations & Reporting | • Oversee all financial and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements. • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required. |
| 2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning | • Prepare and manage the company’s annual budget, forecasts, and variance analysis. • Monitor key financial metrics, cash flow, and working capital to support business decisions. |
| 3. Compliance, Capital Management & Controls | • Manage regulatory capital adequacy and reporting. • Develop and maintain robust internal controls and finance policies and procedures. |
| JOB SPECIFICATIONS | |
| Knowledge / Skills | • Strong knowledge of UAE-financial regulations, IFRS and financial modelling is essential • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • High level of integrity and attention to detail |
| Education / Certifications | • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus |
| Experience | • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in finance, preferably within investment banking, asset management or financial services • Prior experience of working within UAE-financial regulations is a must |
